A PEACEFUL RETREAT IN THE HEART OF HEREFORDSHIRE S BLACK AND WHITE TRAIL With a wealth of history to include the original bread ovens used to bake for the village of Pembridge. Sympathetically restored by its current owners and enhanced further with its contemporary style and friendly welcome. Pembridge is the quintessentially English Village nestling in the North Herefordshire countryside making it a great base for touring. The village has a number of good pubs and restaurants a gallery and award winning village store. An ideal base for any keen walkers with the annual walking festival offering walking at all levels. An absolute haven for food lovers with an array of farm shops cider and wine producers. The main town Leominster is famed for its variety of antique and curiosity shops offering a fascinating insight to rural times gone by. With a number of National Trust houses and gardens Berrington Hall Brockhampton and many more. This spacious accommodation is set back from the road alongside the church retaining much of its original charm and offers TWO bedrooms: upstairs 1 zip-and-link double (which can be presented as a twin on request) with en-suite shower room and WC and downstairs 1 zip-and-link twin (which can be presented as a double on request) with en-suite bathroom with slipper bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV DVD iPod dock woodburner. Kitchen area well-equipped with range cooker fridge/freezer washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden with seating and use of the communal gardens. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen electric central heating towels and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: shop next door pub walking distance.
